A role-play server for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II
Kuttenberg, 1403. Raise your banner, or bleed beneath another's.
The gamemode
Every system the realm runs on was built for role-play first: what you earn, own and break stays earned, owned and broken.
Found a house, a guild or a band under your own banner. Ranks, rights, coffers and a ledger. Alliances, and wars with a stated cause.
Houses, shops, taverns, market stalls and inn rooms on the town's own doors. Your key, your strongbox, your spare keys.
Coin in your purse can be stolen. Coin with the money-changer cannot. Hourly wages, the Crown's tax, buyers for every trade's goods.
Nine honest trades with their own levels, from woodcutter to physician. The town hall posts a work order every day.
Kingdom Come's own combat. A lethal blow wounds rather than kills, and finishing a wounded foe is a choice the law remembers.
Wanted notices and bounties. The watch arrests, fines and sends to the pillory. The cell holds. Banishment for the worst.
What this is
Blood & Banners is a serious role-play server. You play one character, with a name, a trade, a purse and a reputation, and the world remembers them. Everything you own stays when you log out: where you stood, what you carried, your horse, your skills.
Nobody is handed a story. You find work, make friends and enemies, swear yourself to a banner or raise your own, and settle disputes with words, coin or steel.
Kuttenberg, in the year of our Lord 1403
The silver city never sleeps. Its mines feed the King's mint, and the King has worries of his own: his brother Sigismund holds him prisoner, and the lords of Bohemia choose sides.
In the streets below the great church, miners, merchants, monks and mercenaries all want their share of the silver.
Citizenship
Rise by the hours you live in the realm and by what you hold. Stay away too long and the town's book forgets you, one rank at a time.
Factions
Property
Buy a house, a shop, a tavern or a market stall at its own door, or rent an inn room by the day. You get the key, up to six spare keys for those you trust, and a strongbox nobody else opens. Lose the key, change the locks.
Upkeep is due every week from your bank. Leave it unpaid and the Crown takes the place back.

Honest work
Fell trees with a work axe; bundles of firewood for the timber buyer.
Break rock in the hills; silver ore for the mint, iron for the smiths.
Pick what the meadows give; more with every level.
With a licence from the town hall; the tanner pays a hunter's price.
Carry the harvest from the field to the mill, sack by sack.
Sealed letters to the addresses on the clerk's list, paid by the road.
Your own cart, your passengers, the coach stops of the realm.
Walk the dark streets on duty. Arrest the wanted.
Bind the wounded where they fall. A wage, and a fee from every patient.
Every trade has its own levels, and you keep them when you change trade. A higher level works faster and pays more.
Conflict
Factions swear alliances and declare wars, and every war needs a cause said aloud and a day's notice. Members of two factions at war fight without the law calling it murder. Sieges happen on Wednesday and Saturday evenings.

Questions
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (Steam, Microsoft Store or Epic) and our free launcher. Register here, and once your application is approved, sign in to the launcher and play.
Yes. Sign in to the Blood & Banners launcher with your character name and the password you chose here, and it takes you straight into the realm.
No. A lethal blow wounds you. If someone finishes you, you die and wake at the infirmary, which costs coin and time. Your character lives on.
Take a trade at the town hall, serve a faction for its rank wage, sell what you make, or trade with other players. The parish gives alms to those with nothing.
Two at most. Hold the use key at a door marked 'View the property'. Upkeep comes out of your bank every week.
Crimes others notice go on the wanted roll. The watch can arrest you when you are down or have yielded, and fine you or send you to the cell or the pillory.
